About Us
Beautiful RV Park located 12 minutes from Montgomery, Texas. Located on the border of Montgomery and Grimes County, the park offers a perfect location for full-time residents as well as those in the area for shorter periods of time. Come live, relax, camp or go glamping surrounded by countryside but close to abundant opportunities for pleasure and fun.
The City of Montgomery was founded in 1837 and is considered the Birthplace of the Texas Flag. The old downtown area has so much to offer and holds a 'Stroll and Sip' walk every Thursday featuring wines from the area. Boutiques, art, an Amish store and restaurants round out the enjoyment of the area. 5 minutes more and you are surrounded by an abundance of restaurants and retail shopping.
Lake Conroe, one of the largest lakes in Texas, offers so many fun things to do. There is a Pirate Ship full of fun for all ages. Boat and board rentals, dinner cruises, the Park where you can swim in the lake, are just a few of the opportunities awaiting you. At the end of your day at the Lake, treat yourself to any of the lakeside restaurants such as Fajita Jacks, Morty's Lighthouse, Conroe Lake House, Shogun, to name just a few. Margaritaville Lake Resort is also available for day use and restaurants.
Surrounded by wineries, many within 30 minutes of the park, we are proud to be 5 minutes from the Bernhardt Winery, winner of a distinguished award at the 2023 Houston Rodeo. Bernhardt offers weekend events and concerts. Other wineries include B.E. Winery, The Ferm Meadery, Gadela Winery, H Wines (downtown Montgomery), Golden Oak Micro Cellar, Threshold Vineyards, and West Sandy Creek Winery, just to name a few. Come relax and have a wine weekend!
And a little closer to the park, you can enjoy scrumptious food at local eatery Cork This, Tap That, or for the craft beer fans, stop in to Frankenboltzzzz Brewing. There is something for everyone within a very short distance.
